H.R. 3453

On August 4, 2007, Chairwoman Nydia M. Velázquez introduced HR 3435, The Community Clinical Laboratory Fairness in Competition Act of 2007, to repeal the Medicare competitive bidding demonstration project for clinical laboratory services, preventing the negative effects it would have on the nation’s small laboratories and the patients who depend on their services.
