Another Extension In Lawsuit Challenging Competitive Bidding Demonstration Project in San Diego
The federal district court in San Diego has granted CMS' request for another extension, this one until August 9, 2008, to file its answer to the court's April 8, 2008, decision granting a preliminary injunction halting CMS's competitive bidding demonstration project.  June 4, 2008
